My son Finn loves bubbles so much that I had to snap as many pictures as possible while he was playing at his birthday party. I couldn’t find the perfect one, so I comped two pictures together to make the best possible image.

When I was invited to help contribute to Holocaust survivor Ruth Heineman’s memoir, I was honored and I leapt at the chance. Ruth had a small collection of photos from her early childhood in Germany that needed some clean up and restoration. This is an image of Ruth as a baby. I was able to bring out lost detail and sharpen it so that it would be suitable for print.
